Celebrating a Journey of Knowledge
Since the first graduation ceremony in 1988, hundreds of students have graduated from Jamia Al-Karam, benefiting from its rigorous academic, spiritual and personal training. This transformative experience has enabled many to serve the Muslim community and wider British society with distinction.
Today, Jamia Al-Karam alumni are making meaningful contributions as Imams, teachers, lecturers, chaplains, writers, public speakers, community leaders and servants of society across the country. Notably, over 150 mosques in the UK are led or taught by graduates of this institution. The growing number of graduates reflects the enduring vision and impact of Shaykh Muhammad Imdad Hussain Pirzada and the institution he founded.
JAK 2026 Convention will once again celebrate the graduation of 18 male and 11 female students who have completed their studies at Jamia Al-Karam. Their graduation marks not only the completion of years of dedication, discipline and learning, but also the beginning of a new chapter of service as ambassadors of sacred knowledge, guidance and moral responsibility.
As modern British Muslim communities continue to navigate new realities, the role of grounded, relevant and spiritually rooted scholars remains essential. This graduation ceremony honours the next generation of Jamia Al-Karam graduates as they prepare to serve with knowledge, humility, wisdom and sincerity.
