graduation
Since the first graduation of scholars from Jamia Al-Karam in 1988, over 450 students have passed through its doors, benefiting from its education and training programmes. This transformative experience has led many to pursue various opportunities to serve both the Muslim community and the wider British society. Today, graduates of Jamia Al-Karam serve as teachers, Imams, lecturers, chaplains in prisons and healthcare services, writers, and public speakers across the country. Remarkably, over 150 mosques in the UK have an Imam or senior teacher who graduated from Jamia Al-Karam.
The increasing number of graduates highlights the positive impact and success of this institution and its visionary founder. Across many towns and cities in Great Britain, communities benefit from the services provided by Jamia Al-Karam alumni. Additionally, graduates are now serving in Norway, the Netherlands, and France.
This year’s convention will celebrate the graduation of 15 male and 7 female students from the class of 2024. They have completed either the 3-year Foundation Diploma in Islamic Sciences & Classical Arabic or the 2-year Advanced Diploma in Islamic Sciences & Traditional Scholarship.
